We offer a yoga class every morning to start the day feeling energized and grounded. Anastasia, our experienced yoga teacher, invites you to join her in practices of Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga – two complementary styles that nurture both body and mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

Guanacaste is home to many incredible arts and crafts studios, and during our retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local craftsmanship. Breakfast will be catered each morning, while dinner will be served at a nearby local restaurant.
All houses have a kitchen and fridge, so you can prepare your own snacks or light meals.

Payment Process
At the time of booking you will prepay 50% the ticket price to confirm your spot. The remaining amount is due 14 days before the retreat starts. If you are traveling in a group, we can send you separate invoices upon request, just let us know in the personal message in the contact form.

Frequently Asked Questions
+ What’s not Included in the Ticket?
Your flight to and from Costa Rica is not included. Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and meals beyond breakfast and dinner are also excluded. Any additional activities not listed in the retreat program come at an extra cost, we can help you plan them, though.
+ What’s the Weather like in Costa Rica in November?
In November, Costa Rica is transitioning from the rainy season to the dry season. Early in the month, you can expect occasional rain—mostly in the afternoons—but the weather gradually becomes drier and sunnier as the month progresses. Temperatures generally range from 24°C to 31°C (75°F to 88°F), and the landscapes are lush and green from the recent rains, making it a beautiful time to visit before the peak tourist season begins.
+ What should I pack?
You don’t need to bring any special gear for the retreat activities—we provide yoga mats and all necessary materials. We recommend packing comfortable clothes, activewear, swimwear, summer outfits, a light rain jacket, leggings, and sturdy shoes for outdoor activities.
+ What about Transportation?
We’ll rent a private van to coordinate airport pickups (on request) and to handle all group transportation to activities and dinner locations. If you'd like more flexibility, you’re welcome to rent your own car—we’d be happy to help you find a reliable rental option nearby.
+ How much is the Airport Shuttle?
We understand that everybody´s travel plans are different, which is why we are offering an airport shuttle to and from Liberia Airport as a separate charge for those who need it. On request we can also pick you up in nearby cities like Tamarindo, Liberia or Santa Cruz. We are charging 100 USD extra. Airport Shuttle is only possible on November 16th and November 23th. We will get in touch with you via Whatsapp in advance so you can share your travel plans and we can coordinate, if you opt in for the airport shuttle.
+ Where is the Retreat Located?
The retreat takes place at My Cosy Lodges, located in Playa Negra, Guanacaste—on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It’s a peaceful and authentic beach town surrounded by jungle and surf, known for its laid-back vibe, warm local community, and beautiful sunsets. The perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.
+ How does the Payment Process work?
After submitting the booking form with your personal details and preferences, we’ll email you an invoice including a link to complete your payment. 50% of the total ticket price is due immediately to confirm your spot. Once we receive the payment, we’ll send you a payment receipt and booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the retreat begins. But don´t worry, we will send you emails to remind you and an invoice in time.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
- Up to 30 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- 15–29 days before the retreat: The 50% of the ticket price are not refundable, the outstanding payment is obsolete.
- Less than 14 days before the retreat: No refunds are possible.
However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost. Just let us know in advance!
